From Paris to Skopje
At Pan Pan we believe that real bread requires patience, tradition and the finest ingredients. Our bakers trained in Paris with the masters at Foricher — the only mill with Label Rouge certification for traditional French baguette. Every day, before dawn, we prepare our dough with natural fermentation, without additives or preservatives.

Croissant
